A delicious traditional treat from Iran. Delicate and flaky dough is filled with a combination of walnuts and cardamom.
Persian Cream Puffs (Noon’e khamei)
Persian-style cream puffs filled with lightly sweetened whipped cream and perfumed with pure vanilla and rosewater.
Persian Rollet (Roulette)
A light, moist cake filled with vanilla whipped cream and perfumed with pure vanilla and rosewater, and finished with pistachio and dried rose on top.
Persian Layered Magic Cake (shirini tar)
